Elan Penn has been with Siderise since 2020. He joined us as a Technical Services Engineer, providing in-depth project specific technical guidance to project stakeholders. In his role as Training Manager, he oversees the development and delivery of our training programmes for both internal staff at all levels and positions in the company, and external stakeholders at our head office in Maesteg, South Wales.

Before joining us, he spent 12 years in the timber frame industry. His qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, IFE Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection, and a City & Guilds Level 3 in Learning and Development.

Elan is driven by supporting our stakeholders in doing the right thing and delivering the safest buildings possible, because when it comes to passive fire protection and life safety, there is no room for error.
